Condensate Pan Issue
July 14, 2025We are pleased with the new air handler. However, the condensate pan is installed level not allowing it to properly drain. This caused the pan to overflow and drip into the overflow pan installed under the air handler. The further issue was that the installer never installed a drain line to the overflow pan resulting in ceiling damage.
