Todd Teske brings extensive experience in executive leadership, corporate governance, finance, and manufacturing operations to the board. With a background as a former corporate controller, he offers deep expertise in finance and accounting, providing valuable financial oversight and strategic insight. He served as Chair, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Briggs & Stratton Corporation, a global manufacturer of gasoline engines for outdoor power equipment, portable generators, and lawn and garden powered equipment and related accessories, from 2010 to 2020. Prior to that, he held several senior leadership roles, including President and Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, and President of its power products business.
Since joining the Lennox Board of Directors, Todd has served in multiple leadership capacities, including Lead Independent Director from 2015 to 2022, Interim CEO from March 2022 to May 2022, and Chair of the Board since 2022. Todd previously served on the board of Badger Meter, Inc., a publicly traded manufacturer of flow measurement and control products, from 2009 to 2020.
Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and a Master of Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Alok Maskara
Chief Executive Officer - Lennox
Alok Maskara joined Lennox as Chief Executive Officer and was also appointed to the board of directors in May 2022. Most recently he served for five years as CEO of Luxfer Holdings PLC, an international industrial company focused on advanced materials. Mr. Maskara also served for nearly a decade as president of several global business units at Pentair PLC, a leading provider of water treatment and sustainable applications. Previously he held various leadership positions at General Electric Corporation and McKinsey & Company. Mr. Maskara also serves on the board of Franklin Electric (Nasdaq: FELE) a company focused on global water and fluid solutions.
Mr. Maskara graduated with a bachelor of technology degree in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in 1992 and a master’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of New Mexico in 1994. In 2000, he earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Sherry L. Buck
Chief Financial Officer - W.L. Gore & Associates Inc.
Sherry L. Buck brings extensive financial leadership, strategic planning, and operational expertise to the board. She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at W.L. Gore & Associates Inc., a multinational advanced materials company providing solutions across industries including medical devices, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, and mobile electronics. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Waters Corporation, a specialty measurement company serving the life, materials, and food sciences industries, from 2017 to 2020, and as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Libbey Inc. from 2012 to 2016.
Sherry spent nearly two decades at Whirlpool Corporation, where she held various senior finance and operating leadership roles. Earlier in her career, she served as Director of Overseas Accounting and Internal Audit Manager at TransWorld Airlines and as a Senior Auditor at Price Waterhouse.
Sherry holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Missouri.

Tracy A. Embree
Former President - Otis Americas
Tracy Embree was appointed to our board of directors in June 2025. Tracy brings extensive leadership experience in business strategy, operations, and technology development. She is the former President of Otis Americas, a division of Otis Worldwide Corporation, the world’s leading elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service company. In this role, she led the New Equipment and Service businesses throughout North and South America, driving growth through a focus on safety, quality, and an excellent customer experience.
Before joining Otis Americas, Tracy spent 23 years at Cummins Inc. in a variety of senior executive leadership roles, including Vice President and President of their Distribution Business, where she led growth in core business areas and developed key technologies that met customer needs in addition to global emissions standards.
Tracy served on the Louisiana-Pacific Corporation Board of Directors for 9 years until May 2025 and is a founding member of Extraordinary Women on Boards (EWOB), a network dedicated to amplifying the impact of women in boardrooms and beyond.
Tracy holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

John "Bo" W. Norris III
Chairman - Environmental Funders Partnership
John "Bo" W. Norris, III has extensive experience in sustainability, environmental strategy, and organizational development. He is the founding Chairman of the Environmental Funders Network and Climate Change Funders Forum, organizations focused on aligning resources to address climate adaptation and mitigation strategies in Maine. He also co-founded Maine Network Partners, an organization dedicated to supporting grassroots leaders and non-profits in developing collaborative community solutions.
In addition, Bo co-founded Borealis, Inc., an outdoor products manufacturer, and served as Associate Director of Philanthropy at The Nature Conservancy.
He currently serves as Chair of Camp Chippewa for Boys and previously served as Trustee and Chair of the Maine Chapter of The Nature Conservancy.
Bo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from Texas Christian University and an MBA in Organizational Behavior and Strategy from the University of Michigan.

Jon Vander Ark
President and CEO - Republic Services Inc.
Jon Vander Ark brings extensive experience in executive leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence to the board. He currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Republic Services Inc. (Republic), a publicly traded leader in environmental services. He is responsible for leading Republic’s strategy to generate profitable growth by partnering with customers to create a more sustainable world. Representing 42,000 employees, Jon is also charged with advancing Republic’s commitment to an inclusive and diverse workforce and culture.
Since joining Republic in 2013, Jon has held several executive leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President of Operations, and Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to Republic, Jon was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm.
Jon is also actively involved in community service. He serves as a Director and Treasurer on the Board of Chances for Children, an organization dedicated to supporting Haitian children and helping their communities transition from survival to long-term sustainability.

Karen Hughes Quintos
Former Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer - Dell Technologies, Inc.
Karen H. Quintos brings extensive experience in customer engagement, sustainability, supply chain management, and brand strategy to the board. She served as Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer at Dell Technologies, where she oversaw customer engagement strategies and sustainability initiatives from 2016 to 2020. Before her role as CCO, Karen served as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, Vice President of Public Sector Marketing and North America Commercial, and held several executive roles overseeing services, support, and supply chain management at Dell.
Prior to joining Dell in 2000, Karen was Vice President of Global Operations and Technology at Citigroup. She also spent 12 years at Merck, holding leadership roles in marketing, operations, and supply chain management.
Karen currently serves on the boards of Cummins Inc., a publicly traded global power technology leader, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and TGen (Translational Genomics Research Institute). She is also on the Board of Trustees for Penn State University, Chair of Penn State's Smeal College of Business Board of Visitors, and a recipient of the college's highest honor, the Distinguished Alumni Award.

Sivasankaran ("Soma") Somasundaram brings extensive experience in executive leadership, transformative growth strategies, operational excellence, and global business management to the board. He has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Apegy Corporation since 2018, through its transformational merger in 2020 when the company changed its name to ChampionX Corporation. ChampionX, is a publicly traded global leader in chemistry solutions, artificial lift systems, and highly engineered equipment and technologies.
Before ChampionX was established as a spin-off from Dover Corporation, Soma held several executive leadership roles at Dover, including President and CEO of Dover Energy, Executive Vice President of Dover Energy and Dover Fluid Management, and President of Dover’s Fluid Solutions Platform, Gas Equipment Group, and RPA Process Technologies businesses. Prior to his tenure at Dover, Soma held leadership positions at GL&V Inc. and Baker Hughes Inc.
Soma served on the Board of Directors of Magellan Midstream Partners, an NYSE-listed limited partnership, from May 2022 until its merger with ONEOK, Inc. in September 2023. In 2023, he was appointed as a member of the National Petroleum Council, a federally chartered advisory committee selected and appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Energy.
Soma has been widely recognized for his contributions to the energy industry. Shane D. Wall
Former Chief Technology Officer and Global Head, HP Labs of HP Inc.
Shane D. Wall brings extensive expertise in technology, cybersecurity, innovation, and strategic business development to the board. He served as Chief Technology Officer and Global Head of HP Labs at HP Inc., where he led innovation strategies and global technology initiatives from 2015 to 2020. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at Intel Corporation and Hewlett-Packard, where he focused on advancing large-scale technological projects and operational efficiencies. Shane also co-founded PrintPaks, an innovative software venture.
Shane currently serves as a Partner at Fusion Fund, an early-stage venture capital firm, and serves as a Senior Advisor at Arsenal Capital Partners, a specialized private equity firm focused on specialty industrials and healthcare.
